Already popular in many travel circles, the continent of Africa has the potential to be one of the most amazing tourist destinations in the world.
Comprising 52 very diverse and somtimes complex countries, the development of safe tourism in many regions has been slow because of unstable governments, poor economic resources and political upheaval.
There have been some improvements in recent years and we will be regularly updating our stories about Africa.
Much to the surprise of many we've spoken with, the most popular holiday destination in Africa is Morocco (perhaps because of the many cruise ships that call there), followed by South Africa, Egypt and Tunisia.
The Republic of Seychelles is one of the most sparsely populated countries in Africa, with around 100,000 citizens spread across an archipelago of 115 islands.
Known for its amazing scenery - including coral reefs, beaches, nature reserves and rare animals such as the giant Aldabra tortoise - tourism and the fishing industry are the two main sources of income in the Seychelles.
